   Went in with my 3 daughters, ordered their New York steak meals; asked for medium well got medium rare, and the steaks had no flavor, mashed potatoes with a tiny amount of disgusting gravy. Paid 100.00 for that meal, will not return.

     Very sorry to hear about your experience. Did you contact the store manager to complain? They have direct authority over the stores and resolving issues.

   After the closing down of restaurants due to Covid-19, Sizzler had finally opened again. We were excited because they had the greatest salad bar in a small town. We went in on Saturday around 2 pmnot many in the place at all. Of course, masks were mandatory(there were no policieson the entrance door at all) we were SENIORS so as always we ordered the salad bar and it came to $30.00(That was a shock). The protocol was the waitress would bring you plates, silverware, etc. That was each time you wanted to go back to get refills, which consisted of putting a huge glove on which was so big for me it kept falling off,)I did mention that to the manager and he had told us that he had a group of football players had come in and they were just fine, their hands were huge he said???? that wasn’t a very good answer!!!! (back to protocol) carry the plate in the hand that your not scooping up food with and having the mask on, walking one way only which was to find the salad bar had been cut down to half the size, no extras like pizza, etc. One soup, spaghetti and chicken wings(all were not hot at all)
   3 ice cream flavors and brownies. I did mention that to the waitress, which she told the manager he tested it for heat and it was 150 degrees yet it was not very hot.
   It was to much trouble dressing up to do get a refill. So we left shortly after our first walk around. Very disappointing to say the least.
   On that note, it was very dissatisfying, on the cost and mealand.
   If I was to give it a star rating it would be a 1⭐️if that. We will not go back and I felt I needed to give a review to give others a heads up. Another one bites the dust. Enjoy!!!!!
